Added from huhuaping/books-sco book docx work (2026-10-15), adapted for
two install profiles in this package:

  lua/docx-landscape.lua          footer id from metadata docx-landscape-footer, default rId14
  filters-book.yml
  lua/docx-table-caption.lua      matcher also accepts book 图3-1 / 图3.1

Website filters.yml is unchanged in role: it still mounts crossref-tight-num.lua.
Do not mount both numbering filters. Page size stays in the project reference-doc.
